Spanish-Speaking Social Media Content Moderator Wanted in Portugal
About the role
We at JC Recruiting are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit Spanish-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site TikTok project in Lisbon.
In this role, you will ensure that content posted by users meets community guidelines and policies. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, reviewing videos, posts, and comments, and helping to maintain a safe and positive online experience for users worldwide.
Your Role
Review and moderate user-generated content in Spanish, including videos, posts, and comments Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content Apply professional judgment and ensure consistent moderation decisions Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and identify recurring trends Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records
Compensation
15,000€
Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish (C1/C2)
- Good command of English (B2) for internal communication
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive content professionally and consistently
