JC Recruiting is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Polish-speaking Sales Development Specialists for an exciting B2B sales project in Bulgaria.

You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and driving business growth while working in a fully remote environment.
Your Role
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within your assigned territory Conduct outbound calls to follow up on marketing campaigns, website inquiries, webinars, and other inbound leads Engage prospective customers to understand their business needs and introduce relevant solutions Provide accurate product and service information
Compensation
24,000€ + Paid Benefits, and Paid Relocation.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Polish
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (2–3 years preferred)
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
