JC Recruiting is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Polish-speaking Customer Care Specialists for a premium pet nutrition project based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Your Role
Provide customer support to pet owners via phone, email, and other communication channels Respond to product-related inquiries and deliver accurate information Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible Manage your own case workload while independently identifying the best solutions for customers Escalate complex issues when necessary to minimize business risk Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Compensation
16,000€ + benefits
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Polish
- Good command of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
