About the role
JC-Recruiting is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting Automotive Digital Services project.
In this role, you will support a recognized brand in the automotive industry, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will help strengthen the relationship between the company and its customers by providing professional assistance and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
This is a full-time remote position based anywhere in Portugal, offering the flexibility to work from home while being part of an international and dynamic team.
Your Role
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering professional and high-quality support Assist customers with questions related to automotive and digital products, troubleshooting issues effectively Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in CRM systems Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience Stay up to date with the latest offers, policies, and services to provide accurate and timely information Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a warm, professional, and solution-oriented experience Meet quality and operational performance targets while contributing to service excellence
Compensation
16.000 € - 20.000 €
Requirements
- Native or fluent Danish (C1-C2 level) with good English skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Interest in automotive and digital products
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting performance goals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus
- Team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
