Spanish-Speaking Travel Adviser Wanted in Portugal
About the role
partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to search for enthusiastic Spanish-speaking Travel Advisors to join their Lisbon operations. In this role, you’ll provide outstanding support via chat, email, and phone for customers in the travel and booking sector. You’ll handle queries, reservations, and adjustments, ensuring every customer experience is smooth and positive.
You’ll also enjoy a structured onboarding program, including a six-week nesting period with guided coaching to set you up for success.
Your Role
Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone. Assist with bookings, reservations, and adjustments. Resolve customer enquiries quickly, accurately, and professionally.
Compensation
15,000€ + Bonuses
Requirements
- Nativist (C2) level Spanish speaker, with C1 English skills.
- Ability to work on site in Lisbon city centre.
