About the role
JC Recruiting is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an international e-commerce platform.
Your Role
Provide customer support via inbound and outbound calls in Polish and English Assist buyers, sellers, and creators with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and platform services Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing order and logistics information
Compensation
13,000€ + Paid Benefits
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Polish
- Good command of English
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
