JC Recruiting is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions to recruit a Romanian-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you’ll support clients in managing their insurance policies, handling inquiries, claims, and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Your Role
Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations
Compensation
13,000€ + Paid Benefits + Paid Relocation + Health Insurance + Bonuses
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Romanian (C2) and proficient in English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
