Italian-Speaking Inbound Sales Adviser – Telecommunications
About the role
Handle inbound calls from customers interested in new subscriptions, products, or retention offers Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions and actively listening to their requirements Present suitable telecommunications products, services, and subscription options Convert inbound customer enquiries into sales opportunities Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to recommend additional products and services Explain product features, subscription conditions, and available options clearly
Compensation
15,000 - 18,000€
Requirements
- Native or fluent level of Italian
- Good command of English, as the initial training is delivered in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in sales
- Comfortable presenting and selling products or services over the phone
Benefits
- Full-time position based in Lisbon, Portugal
- 40 hours per week
- 8 working hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break
- Rotating schedule Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00 and Saturday between 08:00 and 17:00
- Sundays off
