Your Role
Listen and respond to customer queries via phone and email Provide accurate, valid, and complete information based on customer requests Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction Deliver professional customer support while maintaining excellent service quality Handle customer interactions in Slovenian and English Work collaboratively with an international and supportive team
Compensation
20.000 € - 24.000 €
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian and good English communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No previous experience in customer support required
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive personality
