About the role
JC Recruiting is partnering with a leading European BPO to hire enthusiastic Turkish Digital Content Specialist specialists for their growing Team, working from Sofia. You will be moderating the content of a major international company.
Your Role
Review user-generated back-office information to ensure compliance with established policies Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks Stay updated on internal policies to ensure accurate implementation Identify and analyse patterns to proactively address potential risks
Compensation
16,000€ + Private Health Insurance + Paid Benefits
Requirements
- Fluent in Turkish (C1)
- B2 or higher English language skill
- Knowledge of pop culture, global events, and culture of the market(s) you are serving
- High attention to detail
- Ability to defend decisions and provide context in thought process
