About the role
JC-Recruiting is partnering with a leading digital solutions provider in Bulgaria to recruit a Danish and English-speaking Solutions Consultant for a project with the world’s largest search engine, based in Sofia.
In this role, you will provide expert support and guidance to users, helping them get the most out of innovative digital products.
Your Role
Deliver professional support for our products and services, maintaining a stellar customer satisfaction rate Master and efficiently utilise CRM software, ticketing systems, and other customer service tools to meet the unique needs of our customers Engage customers through multiple channels, including phone, email and chat Resolve customer inquiries within agreed SLAs, using our comprehensive knowledge base and established protocols Consistently meet or exceed performance goals for call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
Compensation
22.000 € - 26.000 €
Requirements
- Fluent Danish and English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent communication style, ability to explain complex concepts simply.
