About the role
JC Recruiting is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Support Specialists for a remote role based in Portugal.
In this position, you will support a major international e-commerce platform, assisting customers and sellers with a wide range of inquiries. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality service through phone and email, ensuring a smooth and reliable customer experience.
Compensation
18.000 € -22.000 €
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with good English skills
- Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with digital tools and customer management systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
