About the role
Work for an international leader in outsourced customer service which is partnering with a major German Bank looking to strengthen their German-speaking customer service operations in beautiful Porto – great location, fantastic shifts!
Your Role
Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a banking company through various channels (phone, email and chat) Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
Compensation
19,000€ + Bonuses + 3,000€ Signing Bonus
