About the role
JC Recruiting has is partnering with a leading player in the gaming support sector, looking to recruit a German-speaking Player Support Representative to join a vibrant team in Sofia, Bulgaria, supporting well-known titles like League of Legends, VALORANT, Legends of Runeterra, and Teamfight Tactics.

Your Role
Provide support via chat and ticketing to players experiencing technical, gameplay, or account-related issues Use a player-first approach to handle each case individually and empathetically Identify recurring issues and bugs, flagging them to the appropriate internal teams
Compensation
20,000€, + 1,500€ Signing Bonus
Requirements
- Native or fluent in German (C1+) and strong command of English (B2+ minimum)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Player Support services or customer service principles
- Based in Sofia or willing to relocate
