Job application performance
Consent-based GA4 events. Tracking starts after deployment. No personal applicant information is sent to GA4.

Visitors by country
Job views and application conversions require dedicated GA4 event tracking. Social engagement (likes, impressions and shares) is not available from GA4.
Google Search Console figures are not yet embedded. The dashboard requires server-side Google reporting access; setup instructions are included in the ZIP.
Social post tracking links
Create campaign-tagged links for LinkedIn, Facebook and Google campaigns. Google Analytics can attribute visitors and applications to these links after GA4 tracking is configured.
LinkedIn impressions, reactions and shares are not available from UTM links. Use LinkedIn's own analytics or authorised exports for those figures.
Next steps for complete reporting
Configuration needed GA4 tracking and consent are installed on the public site. Configure secure GA4 reporting credentials in Netlify to show live traffic here. Job-specific conversion events and Search Console API reporting are separate future integrations.
The existing “Jobs are temporarily unavailable” issue may prevent vacancy counts from loading until the Netlify Jobs function is repaired.
